The Vira Charitable Society was founded by Kunwar satya vira ji in the year 1948. The society has a renowned reputation for delivering high quality programmes from nursery to P.G. level. KSVCEM Degree College is the 10th venture eracted by Vira Charitable Society which offers the various courses in the field of Science i.e. B.Sc. (Hons) PCM, B.Sc. (Hons) ZBC B.Com(Hons) and B.A.(All Subject)along with Management courses such as BBA. The honors courses are different from the general courses as they have been designed to put-forth new aspirations to face the new challanges by the students.

The college is affiliated to MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly UP. It is a co-educational college having a clear vision with highly academic standard along with unfathomable subject knowledge. Apart from graduating the students it is enabling the students for transforming life from an untrained loudy student to a trained and skilled scholar through imparting education.
